Upcycled Handmade Headband in Pink Patchwork - One of a Kind

$68.00
Description

You may be familiar with patchworked quilts and even patchworked clothing, but why not use that beautiful technique to create something fresh and different?  Why not a patchworked headband?

For this unique headband we patchworked together an assortment of floral and geometric prints that feature a pink color scheme.  All the scraps we used are 100% cotton and are fairly small pieces that most people would have trashed.

Since this sustainable headband is one-of-a-kind, while we may utilize similar scraps for other headbands, the patchwork placement will not be replicated in the exact same way again. We like to think that each one of our upcycled patchwork headbands are pieces of art that not only look cute, but also help save materials from the landfill.

Sustainability & Transparency

Our headbands are always made from upcycled scrap fabric left over from other production waste. We never cut into fresh yardage to make these and never will.

No glue is used in the construction process. The fabric pieces are prepped on the sewing machine and then attached with hand stitching to the plastic base.

The plastic base we use is the least sustainable aspect of our headbands. We would love to be able to find an alternative material for the headband bases.
