What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to the United States, but we may expand to international shipping soon.
What shipping providers do you use?
We ship via USPS and offer First Class Package and Priority Mail services.
How long does it take to ship my order?
For made to order items, the shipping lead time varies, as it depends on how long each item takes to make. Please see individual product pages for made to order lead times.
For in stock items that are already made and ready to go, we try to ship within 2 to 3 business days of your order placement. Order placed over weekends typically ship out at the beginning of the week.
If you order a combination of both in stock and made to order items, we typically will wait and ship your items all together when the made to order item is finished. If you need your in stock items shipped earlier, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Are your packaging materials sustainable?
Whenever possible we try to use more sustainable materials and try to avoid using unnecessary plastics. All our items are wrapped in recycled tissue paper. Our poly mailers come from Eco Enclose and are made from 100% recycled materials and can be reused. Our cardboard boxes can be reused and recycled. We do sometimes have to use bubble mailers for certain items, which are not very environmentally friendly, but we hope to in the future eliminate those or find sustainable options.
Can I return or exchange my item(s)?
Yes, for in stock goods and certain made to order goods, we do accept returns and exchanges. Please refer to the individual item page for more details or email us at email@example.com if you have questions about a specific item.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for face masks, due to sanitation issues.
All returned and exchanged items must be in their original condition, clean, unworn, unwashed and smoke free.
We inspect all returned and exchanged items and reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange, if item does not meet our conditions.
How do I return or exchange my item(s)?
To return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@luckyfranklin within 14 business days of receiving your order. We will email you a USPS return label for your order. The items must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of receiving your shipping label, otherwise we will void the return label.
How long will it take for me to get my refund?
Refunds will be issued or within 1 to 2 business days upon our receipt of original items, as long as items are in clean, unworn and unused condition.
How long will it take for me to get my exchange?
Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business after receipt of original items, as long as items are in clean, unworn and unused condition.
I received my Lucky Franklin item as a gift, can I return it or exchange it?
If you received a Lucky Franklin item as a gift, we are happy to exchange any unworn and unused items for you. If an alternate item is not available for you, we can offer you store credit, but are unable to refund the original purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start an exchange on your gift.
